...is what I titled this when I submitted it to WeeklyDV.com. Russ 'n' I made a pact to submit videos to this site all summer, which is probably great practice for something or another. Kevin and I ran around and put this together.
I'm not sure that it tells a cohesive story, and some of the effects are a bit shoddy to meet the deadline, but I bet you can't even tell in the (dark) quicktime. Shot in around 2 hours, edited in around 3. Why yes, it is another Camera Shy video. Did you notice the children hit by the semi? This one was supposed to kind of make a splash with the WDV people I guess, and Russ 'n' I would raise the bar there, but Russ never contributed, so that didn't happen at all. Once you've got your formulae for certain effects though, they're fun to do. (though I screwed up the car thing) My second weekly DV short was Trapped.
